Walk out of the water. Don’t climb out of it.

The Boomer’s angled frame turns the climb into a walk — easier on knees, kinder on guests, and noticeably more graceful than a standard vertical ladder. TIG-welded aluminum frame. Real cedar steps. Hand-built in Muskoka, Ontario.

Available in 3, 4, and 5-step models.

— CLIMB-FREE. DRAMA-FREE.

Most dock ladders ask you to haul yourself out rung by rung. The Boomer doesn’t. Its 60° angled frame lets you step up out of the water instead of climbing — the kind of small design choice you notice every single time you use it.

— BUILT LIKE IT’LL OUTLAST THE DOCK.

Aerospace-grade TIG welding. 6061-T6 marine aluminum. Stainless steel hardware. Solid cedar steps. You can feel the difference the moment you grab the handles — these aren’t the wobbly box-store ladders.

— MADE IN MUSKOKA.

Hand-built at the Aquadome facility in Bracebridge, Ontario, where docks aren’t a decoration — they’re a way of life. Every ladder is quality-checked before it ships.

— FOLDS UP WHEN YOU’RE DONE.

Folding models (3, 4, and 5-step) lift up onto the dock to keep your ladder out of the waves, the weather, and winter trouble. The 6-step is fixed — designed for taller docks where a folding mechanism isn’t needed.

— THREE FINISHES

Black. White. Raw aluminum. Whatever your dock looks like, one of these will fit.

FAQs

Q: What’s the difference between the Boomer and the Vertical?

A: The Boomer is angled at 60° — you walk up and out of the water rather than climbing straight up. The Vertical is the classic straight-up-and-down style. Most of our customers go Boomer because it’s easier on knees and a lot more graceful coming out of the water, especially with wet feet.

Q: Which size do I need?

A: Measure from the top of your dock down to the waterline at average water height. Each step adds about 10.5″. You want enough steps so the bottom one sits roughly 12 inches under the water — that way you’ve got safe footing as you exit. When in doubt, size up.

Q: Folding or fixed?

A: Folding models flip up onto the dock when you’re not using them — great for storms, fluctuating water levels, or winter prep. The 6-step fixed model is built for taller docks where a folding mechanism isn’t needed.

Q: What’s the warranty?

A: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, backed by Aquadome — the manufacturer. We haven’t had any issues with anyone needing the warranty, but if you do, we’ll make it right.

Q: Can I install it myself?

A: Yes. It’s a two-person job, takes about 45 minutes, and the only tools you need are a tape measure, a 7/32″ hex driver, a 9/16″ wrench, and a square. The ladder bolts directly to the top surface of your wood dock with the included stainless lag screws.

Q: How do I take care of it?

A: Marine-safe, biodegradable, non-abrasive cleaner. Wipe with a soft rag, rinse with a hose. Skip the power washer — it can damage the cedar and the finish over time.

Q: What kind of dock does it work on?

A: Standard wood docks. The frame bolts onto the top decking with lag screws. If you have an aluminum, composite, or floating dock, message us before ordering and we’ll confirm fit.

Q: How fast will it ship?

A: Each ladder is hand-built to order at the Aquadome facility in Ontario. Typical lead time is 1 week to ship. Shipping is a flat $125 to anywhere in the contiguous US. If you need something quicker, please contact us.
